The basics are everything!
The basics are for those just starting out or who think they are experienced.
For some the basics are silly, and yet, come in close so I can whisper this... those that think that, are one of two individuals: Those who are already doing the basics but just don't know it or those who are currently unhealthy, and just don't get it ... yet!
We call the basics, the basics, because its the start or the start over.
Water intake has been low "have to start to increase my water again"- BACK TO BASICS
Eating well "tonight I am going to prep meals to get me back on track with eating clean" - BACK TO BASICS
Too tired to workout lately "today after work I need to step up my exercise program again"- BACK TO BASICS
Sleep "tonight I will turn-in earlier so I get the zzz's I need"- BACK TO BASICS
Passion "I really miss dancing and am going to create a little time in my schedule to do it!"- BACK TO BASICS
As we can all see the basics are what we do every day and for those just starting to find their healthy... you need to start here, start now. Not later today or tomorrow.
Are you sitting at your desk reading this... get up now and walk- MOVE THAT BODY ✅
Or walk to the fountain/kitchen for a glass of water which will knock off 2 of the basics right now- STAYING HYDRATED AND MOVE THAT BODY ✅✅
