Our physical self goes through alot when you have IBD and it can be difficult to know how much physical activity is too much or how much is not enough.
I have been there.
Lived through it.
Worked out so hard that symptoms appeared and then had to stop for weeks and then start again thinking maybe it will be better this time. Wrong!
Physical self care- moving that body and knowing what is good for your body is what we must strive for!
And this is why I created the 5 Basics To A Nourished Life 🙌
Staying hydrated
Eating Clean
And Moving that body are the first 3 of the 5 Basics and all contribute to physical self care.
But physical self care also includes a nice and aromatic warm bath 🛀 or receiving a HUG 🤗.
